About me 

Hi! I'm Stefanie, the founder of Party in a Tent. I'm a mom, a NICU nurse, and someone who always had a passion for decorating and creating unforgettable experiences for families. 

Before becoming a nurse, I spent over seven years working in hospitality and event planning. I loved bringing people's visions to life and creating celebrations that felt beautiful, personal, and full of joy. When I later stepped into my nursing career in the NICU, I knew I didn't want to lose that creative side of myself. 

Party in a Tent became the perfect bridge. It lets me combine my love for kids, my nursing heart, and my event planning experience into something magical.

Party in a Tent started in 2022 in Charlotte, NC, inspired by my daughter Isabella's imagination and the happiness I saw these small moments bring to families. What began as a small idea quickly grew into a community favorite for birthdays, sleepovers, and special celebrations. Over the years, I have created hundreds of magical setups, earned five star reviews, and built a loyal family of supporters. 

In 2025, my family and I began a new chapter and brought Party in a Tent to Palm Beach county, Florida. So excited to star my journey here.
